Total Synergy Massage was born out of the idea of offering a service that embodies the body, mind and spirit. Founder and owner, Liz Percoco believes that by working together through mutual commitment, clients can work towards more functional and optimal health.
Liz Percoco has over 9 years of experience in the massage industry, working with people from different walks of life. Liz originally worked in the corporate world of financial services.
After going through shoulder surgery, Liz experienced firsthand the many benefits of remedial massage, how it had promoted healing, which in turn aided in her rehabilitation progress.
She understood why her orthopaedic surgeon had suggested this course of treatment.
As the saying goes, the rest was history. Liz not only worked to obtain her Diploma of Remedial Massage, she’s also completed further studies on the technique to release a frozen shoulder, rotator cuff and bicep tendinopathy, Pregnancy Massage and the treatment for Advanced Hip Restrictions.
